Just take a short walk from the home to lay out on the beach under the warm Texas sun. You'll find endless activities for you and your family. Golf at the Lighthouse Country Club is about a mile away or take a short drive to the Legends Golf Course. A 15-20 minute drive takes you to unique activities like checking out the Falkenstein Castle, wine tasting, or the Longhorn Cavern State Park, where you can explore caves, rock formations, and more. Both units have a spacious living room with comfortable seating gathered around a flat screen TV. Each unit has its own patio with a gas BBQ and access to the beach! Kitchens come equipped with stainless steel appliances to make you feel right at home. Enjoy cooking up meals or summer cookouts on the BBQ with your group! Unit A (upstairs) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unit B (downstairs) has 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. Unit A: Main bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, en suite btahroom 2nd bedroom: Twin over Full bunkbed, great for kids! 3rd bedroom: Twin bed. There is a full bathroom by the living room for guests to share. Unit B: Main bedroom: Queen bed, flat screen TV 2nd bedroom: Twin bunk bed and Twin over Futon bunk bed If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price.
