Cottonwood Retreat Vacation Rental Cottonwood Retreats is a freshly updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 2 master suites to relax in. Modern touches throughout the home that matter. Being able to accommodate 10 people is simply a great way to get your family and friends together. Have a cook out in this backyard that has ample seating with shading. This yard is spacious enough to play bean bag toss (available at the home) or bring any outdoor games. Gather around the fire pit in the evening making s'mores or winding down with a night cap. There is so much you can do while you are here in Cottonwood. This community is very pet-friendly. Take a hike on one of the many trails or go downtown to enjoy the great aspects downtown have to offer. Whether you want to do a wine tour, ride down the Verde River, or enjoy a Western stage show, Cottowood is the place to be. Take a drive to one of the many great cities around the area to enjoy art and history. A short minute drive away you will find that you can be in Jerome (15 min.) or Sedona (45 min). While Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon are around an hour to two hour drive. House Rules Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard No pets allowed Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store.
