This very Private Cottage overlooks Pigeon Point and Rodney Bay Marina and beyond that, the neighboring French island of Martinique. Black Pearl is truly a piece of paradise where privacy, peace and tranquility are interrupted only by bird songs. This Cottage has the atmosphere of a true home. Warm and cosy, with a unique style and character. The grounds are lush and tropical with many flowers, fruit trees and various species of palms. Black Pearl Cottage is unique and you have the feeling of being away from everything. It is calm, peaceful and so relaxing, even though you are just 7 minutes´ drive away from Rodney Bay. Here you can find everything that you might need... beach, bars, restaurants, marina, supermarkets, shopping malls, banks, casino and more. Upon arrival, you have your own private swimming pool with its amazing outlook. The Cottage itself is built on 2 floors, with the amazing open-plan living area being on the upper floor with breath taking views on 3 sides. There is a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the lower floor there is also a very useful laundry room. The Cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. The large living area with an open-style design is on the upper floor. It is open on 3 sides to breath taking views of the north of the island. There are two lounge areas, one facing the views and the other is a very cozy space. There is also a flat screen TV, with IPTV channels from around the world and VODs. Also facing the view, is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has some good equipment, including large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower floor. They are all air conditioned and have direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds Outside in front of the house, directly facing the incredible view is your private pool with a large deck area. This is partly open to the sun and partly covered by a shading sail – something to suit everyone.
