In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Accommodation description: In a quiet spot in the Achterhoek, surrounded by farmlands, you will find these 6 tiny houses. If you want to holiday together with 2 couples or a family, it is ideal to rent these 2 adjacent cottages. When you stay here together you have access to 2 small kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. In one of the houses you can eat and use the other as living room. The houses do not have a door in between, but they are adjacent, so you can easily walk from one house to the other. From the cottages, you have a unique unobstructed view over the farmlands. While enjoying a cup of coffee or tea on your own terrace, you might spot some special birds. Near the house you will find the Zwillbrocker Venn, where special birds are attracted to. Here you can even spot flamingos. The environment is, because of the beautiful nature, suitable for long walks and bicycle rides. This varied route will take you past De Mallumsche Molen (a water mill dating from 1748), beautiful farms, stately national monuments and will take you via the Hoones Bosch and some dirt roads back to Eibergen, where you can make a stop at the open-air theatre.
