Summary: This three bedroom, two full bathroom home in Irmo, SC sleeps twelve with two pull out sleeper sofas. Centrally located between Chapin, Lake Murray, and Columbia. with its access to Fort Jackson, dining, and shopping, this is the perfect home for your family to enjoy the lake, kayaking, fishing, and boating while visiting your family or soldier in Columbia or Ft. Jackson. The full eat-in kitchen open out to a new spacious deck and grill, making it easy to spend time at home cooking and sharing meals with family, friends, kids, and pets. Free wifi, pet friendly with fee required. The Space: The front door opens to a small hallway with coat closet, which open to the living room. Directly to the right is a small hallway leading to the bedrooms. The first two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two fulls, There are two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos and toilets. In the living space, there is a 50" RokuSmart TV, two queen pullout couches, and a chair. Through the living room is the eat-in kitchen with seating for four, and through the kitchen is the laundry area with washer and dryer. The back door leads out to a brand new deck with seating, a picnic table, grill, and yard (no fence). NO SMOKING NO PARTIES Guest Access: Guests will have full and private access to the driveway, home, and yard. The Neighborhood: Our home is located in the town of Irmo, SC. It is located between Chapin and Columbia. There are numerous stores, shops, and dining within fifteen minutes of our home. Access to the lake is fast and easy, and Carolina Outdoor Adventures can provide kayak rental, with the Marina having various boat rentals as well. Hiking at Congaree is about 45 minutes away. Fort Jackson is a thirty minute drive southeast. Getting Around: This is a residential area, so we recommend driving, just know that Uber and Lyft can be available in the area as well. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Interaction with Guests: We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in.
