This stunning cottage on two floors has been extended and totally refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and provides a large disability friendly ground floor bed-sitting room (designed to national accessibility standard M3). In front of the cottage is a paved and enclosed patio area that opens out to a large lawned area for the use of all the residents and with outstanding sea views. You enter Sea Poppy into small entrance hall and further door into a very spacious, well furnished bed/sitting room with twin beds, two lounge chairs, Freeview TV with DVD and sliding doors to the secure patio. The en-suite shower/wet room has a basin and a wheelchair friendly toilet. The stairs with a stair lift take you up to the large kitchen and dining area with fabulous views across the bay. Fitted out with an electric hob and built-in oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, you have everything you could need for your stay. An archway takes you through to an exceptional sitting room, beautifully furnished with leather sofas, digital Freeserve TV with DVD recorder. Panoramic windows take advantage of the glorious views and extend out into a screened balcony. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom both with superb sea views. There is a family bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Both the twin bedrooms can be made up as two singles or can be put together to form super king beds if required.
