The Location- This ground level riverfront apartment is excellently positioned to enjoy the scenery of Noosa River. Opening directly onto a north-facing covered deck, wide level lawn and a private-use jetty, the water is everywhere you look. Enjoy your Noosa accommodation with just a short walk to Harbour Town and the restaurants and shops along Gympie Terrace. The Unit- Entering you are greeted to a spacious tiled open plan living area, with dining and kitchen equipped with basics where guests have options to prepare a meal. The security screens allow the unit to be open during the evening to allow the cool breezes from the river. This apartment features a 50 inch HD LED Smart TV and stereo CD where you can still enjoy a lazy evening to get rid of all the stress. The master bedroom has queen size bed and the other rooms has two single beds each. All rooms are situated sunny north-facing, away from the hustle and bustle of town. Other features are the laundry facilities with washing machine and a dryer and a single lock up garage is available to use. Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm. NOTE: 7-night minimum stays apply throughout the year
