This modern town house is a 15 minutes' drive from Playa de Muro and offers accommodation to 2-6 guests. Modern, two-storey house in the genuine village of Maria de la Salut, featuring 3 bedrooms, open kitchen, private salt water pool and total privacy. The pool’s depth is 1.6 metres and it has a size of 8 x 3 metres. There's air conditioning in the living area and in the bedrooms. The bedrooms, one bath en-suite and one shower bath are on the first floor. There’s a separate toilet on the ground floor. The house with bags of character has been renovated recently. Cot and high chair upon request. You can walk to the village with a small grocery shop, bars and restaurants. In Can Picafort, Muro or Sa Pobla, there are more services and gas stations. Points of interest: - Alcúdia and Pollença old town - Sineu weekly market (Wednesday) - church of Petra - Campanet caves - golf Son Gual - Playa de Muro To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
