AIRBNB GUEST/S: We require a Refundable Security Deposit of $350.00 after your reservation is booked and we will be asking for the deposit via the resolutions tab. The refundable security deposit will be credited back to you with the condition that there will be no neighbor/building management complaints, no smell of smoke, and room is in good condition once the home is inspected after check-out. The reservation is only confirmed when the refundable security deposit has been paid. Codes will not be activated if the refundable security deposit is not paid or received. House Manual To ensure a safe environment for you, us and all concerned, we screen our guests. Therefore please provide us the following requirements immediately so we can ensure your booking is finalized: A copy or A picture of your state-issued ID. It could be your driver's license or passport. Please provide a clear image of the front and back of your ID. Then we require a picture of you holding your credit card up to the side of your face, showing only the last 4 digits of the card and the name on the card you used to make the Reservation and/or pay for the Security Deposit. You may cover the rest of your card number to protect your security, just ensure the last 4 digits and name are prominent. This is to help us ensure your identity and safety upon arrival to the home. Your safety and protection is our top priority. I would like to let you know that you are required to show this information when you arrive at a hotel, but since we are not a hotel, we are asking for them now. Please know that we have “NO PARTY POLICY” Parties, loud music, loud noises, smoking, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
