CAN GUIXERA – Rural holiday house in Pla de l’Estany

Entrance to the house along a small road with very little traffic. Metal gate leading to the property, paved road and easy access, surrounded by the garden. There is outdoor parking and a covered garage. You enter the house through a porch area with plants and trees. The façade of the house is interesting because of its curious architecture and its symmetry. GROUND FLOOR The large lounge-dining room-entrance hall acts as a spacious open area leading to the other spaces of the house and it has different levels and zones. This is the central part of the house and leads to the two side sections of the house on the same floor, as well as the upper floors via stairs. On the first level is the entrance hall of the house with armchairs and a dining area with a square wooden table and chairs. The second level, situated down a few stairs, has the lounge area: TV, sofas, armchairs and wonderful views outside and looking towards the private pond of the house. Very bright room with large French windows which lead directly out to the porch and the garden. In one of the side sections of the house is one of the sleeping areas with a long corridor where the bedrooms are located: one double bedroom with two large beds and two bedrooms for three guests with a double bed and single bed. All of them have a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace outside with outdoor furniture and views. The games room is also in this area, and you can reach it from the garden or from one of the bedrooms. It has sofas, armchairs, table football, ping-pong table, chess board, children’s play area and toys and views outside. On the other side of the house is the second dining room with a long wooden table and chairs, fireplace, armchairs, TV and door leading outside. A guest toilet and access to the garage. The spacious bright kitchen, with a side bar with stools and equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your stay, door leading directly out to the terrace with furniture and barbecue. There is also a utility room with washing machine, sink and cleaning equipment, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and access to an outside terrace. FIRST FLOOR Stairs situated in the central part of the house lead up to the first floor. Spectacular views of the ground floor and garden. This part has two bedrooms located on either side of the house. One of them is for three guests and the other one is for four people (ideal for children) with private bathrooms and views of the garden. On this floor there is also an open lounge area with armchairs and coffee table. SECOND FLOOR Space with sofa and views of the two lower floors. Open and full of natural light. Stairs lead up from the first floor. OUTSIDE Garden of 2 hectares with different spaces and zones: side terrace which occupies the whole length of the house with outdoor furniture, table and chairs and barbecue. Small closed-off terrace with clothes lines. Swimming pool with sun-loungers, shower and awning. Private pond with different places to relax, sports area with basketball basket, and tennis and padel courts. Wooded area next to the house where guests can go for walks.
