Inside, the home is super luxurious and you’ll have a hard time figuring out where to look first. There are many beautiful updates in the stunning interior complemented by gorgeous lighting, furniture, and décor. The living and dining area are open to one another with beautiful features, including coffered ceilings that add a truly luxe feel. You’ll love spending time here as a group whether you’re enjoying your meals around the dining table or watching TV by the fireplace in the cozy living room. This space also has HUGE windows looking out to the backyard patio, making it all feel like one continuous space. There are SO many amazing spots in this home and one of them is definitely the jaw dropping gourmet kitchen! Rich in history, Pilot Point is the oldest settlement in Denton County and its commercial district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You’ll be located 45 minutes from DFW Airport and within an hour of downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth, which offer many amazing and well-known attractions. Closer to home, you’ll have access to many recreational activities just 15 minutes away at Ray Roberts Lake State Park, including Jordan Branch Park, Isle du Bois State Park, and the Ray Roberts Greenbelt, which is a 20 mile multi-use trail stretching from Lake Ray Roberts to Lake Lewisville. You’ll get to witness stunning views and sunsets. The activity options here are endless, including camping, biking, hiking, horse-back riding, swimming at the beaches, fishing, and photography. Just 1 minute away, you’ll find the Texas Tulips, depending on the season. They have over 100 varieties of tulips to choose from, including different colors and shapes. You’ll be able to pick your own tulips and take some great Instagram-worthy pictures. The Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch is 10 minutes away, offering the opportunity to experience rare, endangered, and exotic wildlife species. The picturesque 126-acre ranch facility offers private tours, a walk-through petting zoo, outdoor dining areas, and a snack bar.
