Nestled in a quiet little corner of the beautiful beachside township of Portarlington, Portside Haven offers a cosy and comfortable 3 bedroom property with everything you will need for a great holiday. Just a short stroll to the beach and the centre of town is a 20 minute walk. Enjoy views out to Port Phillip Bay, the You Yangs and the Melbourne CBD from the front porch, whilst out the back is a large yard with deck and BBQ perfect for entertaining and a great space for the kids to play. - Portside Haven can accommodate up to 7 guests, couples and families only - There are three bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the third with tri-bunks (double on the bottom, single on top) - There is a main bathroom plus a small second bathroom - The kitchen is well equipped and joins onto the dining room and lounge - Gas log fire and split system in the lounge. Further split system in the master bedroom - Laundry with large washing machine - Linen and towels provided - High chair provided - Outside deck with dining table and chairs and BBQ - Lots of yard space - WiFi and TV with Google Chromecast - Pets welcome - Very strict no party policy We respect guest's privacy, providing self check in and check out but are close by and only a phone call away if you need anything at all. Portarlington is a popular holiday destination, offering nice swimming beaches and an attractive foreshore. There is a great playground in the main street and beautiful views over Port Phillip Bay. The main shopping strip has a lovely bakery, numerous take away shops, the local pub plus a donut and lolly shop, to name a few. The town offers lots of great cafes and restaurants. Portarlington is home to the Australian Blue Mussels which are grown just off-shore and harvested daily. We have the Portarlington Mussel Festival each year in January, and the Queen birthday weekend welcomes the National Celtic Festival. This area of the Bellarine also has many amazing wineries for the wine lovers!
