Our villa is located 10 minutes from Montpellier and 15 minutes from Pic St Loup. You will find shops nearby, a few minutes drive (bakery, butcher, grocery store). In addition, the neighborhood is residential and very quiet. In summer, the summer kitchen by the pool will allow you to spend friendly and relaxing moments. In winter, the house is very bright and equipped with a wood stove in the living room for a warm atmosphere.
