You will have a large living room as well as two big terraces and a barbecue to spend great moments with your family and friends. Along the hills, you will discover beautiful villages. Start with Saint Guilhem le Désert, 37 km away, one of the medieval Languedoc gems, categorized among “The most beautiful French villages”, nestled between the cliffs, with superb narrow streets, its Gellone Abbey, near the “Pont du Diable”, both registered on the UNESCO world heritage and much appreciated by walkers for their panoramic view. You can canoe down the river. Pézenas, Molière’s town, is only 7 km away, with its antique shops, its small animated pedestrian streets, where you will discover regional culinary specialties. Remember to stop at the Toy Musem, the Valmagne Abbey, in the heart of the most ancient Languedoc wineries, the Salagou lake, 27 km away, where you can practice water sports (windsurf, pedal boat, etc.) or simply have a picnic. Hike around the sumptuous Cirque de Mourèze and enjoy the panoramic view over the lake. Don’t forget the Thau pond, in Bouzigues for instance to taste its well-known oysters.
