Waterfront home on the Spokane River in Spokane (east side of spokane), 12 minutes to downtown Spokane and about 20 minutes into CDA. The home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, (or 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths) and 2 complete kitchens. Upper Level bedrooms are all Queens and both Lower Level bedrooms are Kings (one also has a double trundle bed in the very large room). Comes with private dock. Incredible water views, hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces, huge deck, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, completely furnished with everything you'll need. The home can also be separated into an upper level unit and lower level unit if you don't need the entire property (and for a lesser cost) The Upper Unit is 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths and the Lower Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. During the summer months "peak season" we cant separate the property and a minimum 3 night stay is required. * Please note the location is on a private body of water and unfortunately no "guest" boats are allowed.
