Our townhouse is situated on three floors and has three bedrooms, a loft with 2 twin beds, two bathrooms, an updated kitchen, a dining area and a large living area with a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. We are conveniently located close to downtown King's Beach, Lake Tahoe, tons of walking trails, and much more. Please note that we are taking extra cleaning precautions before and after all reservations. Here you will find 2 twin size beds that overlook the family room - great as a 'kid's corner'! GUEST ACCESS The entire home is yours during your stay (besides a locked closet). This condo is in the popular Kingswood Village where you can use the amenities in the Summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day). OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Please note that this rental does require purchasing short term vacation rental insurance for stays up to 29 nights (reservations longer than 29 nights will need to discuss insurance options with Tahoe Cohost Collective prior to booking). The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury, if the fee has been paid. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Tahoe Cohost Collective will process using the form of payment on file for Guest. While our home is not pet-friendly, we do allow for service animals. Paperwork will need to be submitted for service animals per the HOA. Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES OR GRILLS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE FINED UP TO $1000 PER OFFENSE. WINTER MONTHS We want to make sure our guests feel comfortable in their travel to and from our home (especially in the winter months). Our team will provide you with alternate routes to consider during the winter months to assist you in getting to the home safely. In the case of extenuating circumstances, such as full road closures for more than 4 hours and other uncomfortable situations, we will happily work with you to resolve issues with your booking and make sure we find a favorable solution. If you are unable to make it to the home due to these extenuating circumstances (and that is communicated with us during your travels and verified by our team), we will happily credit your stay to a future weekend (excluding holiday weekends). NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION King's Beach is a quaint town on the very Northern tip of Lake Tahoe. It is a centralized location with great access to a number of different ski resorts (Northstar is the closest). Tons of great cafes, coffee shops, art and gift shops, great beaches and lots of places to eat on the water. Not to mention, you can't beat the view! There are plenty of places to rent kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, or just simply spend some time on the beach. Kingswood Village is a relaxing resort community in the heart of North Lake Tahoe, conveniently situated close to the sandy beaches of Kings Beach, the 24-hour casino night life at Crystal Bay, world-class Tahoe ski resorts, beautiful hikes, and amazing restaurants. The complexes pool, tennis courts and gym are accessible during the summer months (Memorial through Labor Day).
