The house is under a mile by foot to the Wellington T Station and, just over a mile to Assembly Row with great restaurants, shopping, and a movie theatre and two miles to Encore Boston Harbor. In the living room you'll find a large TV with cable. The TV is also a smart TV so has the ability for you to connect your streaming apps to enjoy your shows. Recently renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, electric cooktop, microwave, garbage disposal, and two large windows that pour in the natural light. The dishwasher makes clean up a breeze. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/serving necessities including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. A coffee pot is available for your morning coffee. True dining room with seating for all eight of your guests. There are two bathrooms. The first floor has a stand up tile shower and the 2nd floor bath has a full tub and shower. 5 bedrooms, each have one queen size bed. The sofa also lays flat to sleep one guest so the house can accommodate eleven guests in six beds. The 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. Outdoors there is a fully fenced in private back and front yard with gas grill, large deck, and plenty of seating. Other amenities worth noting: -Central heating and window AC units to keep you cool or warm all year long -Hardwood floors throughout with lots of designer accent rugs -Fast wifi throughout the house -Four stairs to the front door, fifteen stairs to the 2nd floor (where the first 3 bedrooms are located). Third floor features two additional bedrooms and has another 12 stairs to reach that floor. -Parking for up to 3 cars tandem in private driveway; street parking also available -Bring your furry friends, 1 dog allowed, up to 75 pound limit and its $50 per stay. No other animals allowed due to allergies. -Hotel quality linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are offered to our guests. -Washer/dryer available for guests to use Guest Access: You'll have full access to the space, which is stocked with essential toiletries, towels and linens. An iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are also available for use. Other Things to Note: Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, a digital trust platform. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. This needs to be completed within 24 hours of you reserving the property. Damage: Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. Therefore, the cost to repair any ACCIDENTAL and REPORTED damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at NO CHARGE to you AS LONG AS the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Any damage we deem to be purposeful or negligent or damage not reported will be charged to you. Please report any damage that you notice when you check-in to avoid getting charged for damage you didn't create. PET FEE: 1 dog allowed, up to 75 pound limit and its $50 per stay. No other animals allowed due to allergies. RENTAL AGREEMENT: We will send you a rental agreement within 6 hours of booking. This is due within 24 hours or we have the right to cancel this booking with a 15% cancellation fee! Part of the agreement: In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules: -No additional guests without host approval. The house can sleep up to 11 guests. This is for sleeping and non sleeping guests. We require a final headcount by 48 hours before your stay. -No parties, partying, general rowdiness or events. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund. -You may use the back yard and deck. However, all guests must be indoors and off any exterior spaces by 10PM. This is not a curfew so you can come and go from town as you wish, you just cannot hang outside of the house past 10pm. -Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and within 50ft of the outside. After 10PM, smoking should be done individually to keep noise down. -Pets allowed with approval before arrival and subject to a pet fee of $50 per dog, up to two dogs allowed. -No sublet, and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval. -No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature. If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.
