It sleeps nine people. From Villa Nexia you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Villa Nexia is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Casarano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Nexia from the parking area going up approximately two stairway steps. To stay at Villa Nexia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Please kindly note. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. Garden The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Ground FloorLiving Room The living room is paved with characteristic stone tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room. First FloorTerrace The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic awning. The terrace is equipped with two sofas, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
