NAS Pensacola is only 10 mins away, so you might get to enjoy a fly-over of the Blue Angels! It has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a patio and fenced in yard! Our home can sleep up to 12 guests in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit.We would love to host you at our home! This home is the front building on the property. You will have full and private access to this home. The backyard is shared with the guests of the back unit. The Space: You will enter the home through a code that will be provided upon check-in. The living room will welcome you inside which provides ample space and features a large Roku TV and queen sleeper sofa! The half-wall opens to the kitchen and dining table. The first bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with a large shower! The second bedroom also has a queen. The third The last bedroom is off the laundry room in the back of the house and has a queen, full and a desk! There is a patio in the backyard that has a grill and seating for you to enjoy the salty air! Guest Access: This home is the front building on the property. You will have full and private access to this home. The backyard is shared with the guests of the back unit. There is a ramp at the front entrance, however there is a small step into the home. The Neighborhood: This home is located on the west side of Pensacola. There are restaurants and shops right around the corner to the home and easy access to Mobile Hwy(I-90). Getting Around: This home is in a residential area so driving is recommended. Uber and Lyft are readily available! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
