Magnificent apartment with panoramic sea views, located 1 km from the beautiful Joppolo seafront with its crystal clear sea and its characteristic stone beaches. The structure is very large and can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people. It is composed of: kitchen equipped with fireplace and sea view, balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view, two double bedrooms, bedroom with two single beds, four bathrooms, laundry, parking space. All rooms are large, airy and have a balcony with sea or mountain views. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower while one bedroom has a bathroom with a large bathtub. The master bedroom with bathroom with large tub and the bedroom with single beds and bathroom with shower have a sea view while the remaining double bedroom has a mountain view. Along the corridor there is also the laundry. The apartment is also equipped with heating. To know: -The costs for services (water, gas and final cleaning of the apartment) of € 80 must be added to the prices. -Electricity consumptions are to be considered as extra expenses and the cost is quantified in € 0.35 / Kw. - The apartment is equipped with basic cookware, including a coffee maker. - The obligatory deposit of € 200 is required upon arrival in cash, which will be returned in full upon departure. -The linen service (bed and bath towels) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it costs € 10 per person for the entire stay or whenever requested, to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you bring the linen from home you will not have to incur any costs.
