Our beautifully remodeled, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, packed full of Southern Charm with a Coastal Flair, is ready and waiting for you and your family to call it home for your next beach vacation! Whether your group is large or small, Beachside Gem can hold them all! Step inside, grab a seat! Leave all your worries at the door! Ready to unwind and feel the Gulf breeze? No worries! We've got you ready to go! We have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and all right at the front door waiting for you! Grab the beach gear and just head south out of the front door! Ready to relax? We've got just the spot! Our living room area boasts a large, flat screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, plus additional bench seating! Have the kids in tow? No problem! They have their own little seating area with a table and 4 bean bag chairs! Our Kitchen offers granite countertops, plenty of cabinets, all electric appliances such as a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. and is loaded with all items needed and to prepare a family meal and then some! We have pots, pans, baking pans, mixing bowls, glass & plasticware, wine glasses, a counter top ice maker, crockpot, a Keurig coffee pot, & more! Once you have cooked that family meal, head over to our dining room! Our table can seat 10 and our bar area can seat 3! The open & spacious Master Bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, a dresser and a closet to store your clothing items. For the little sleepers, our master also offers a kids nook with a queen bed and its own flat screen TV mounted on the wall. When you're ready to relax on the back patio, our master also has doors that open right out to it! The Ensuite Master Bathroom offers granite countertops with cabinets underneath for storage, a jetted soaking tub/shower, and plenty of bath linens. Guest Bedrooms: Our Downstairs Guest Bedroom 1 boasts a queen bed, flat screen TV, a dresser, a walk-in closet. Directly around the corner is our Downstairs Guest Bathroom with granite countertops, cabinets and drawers underneath for storage, and a shower/tub combo. Upstairs Guest Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, dresser & closet. Upstairs Guest Bedroom 3 offers a queen size bed with a twin pull out trundle, a flat screen TV, and a closet. In between the two upstairs bedrooms, our upstairs Guest Bathroom offers a sink and has shower/tub combo. When you need to escape from inside, head on out and grab a seat on one of our porches! Sip your coffee in one of our front porch rocking chairs, relax on our screened in back porch, or whip up one of your favorite meals in our kitchen and head out to the back patio for dinner! Our home is perfect for all occasions and sleeps up to 13 guests! PLUS it is located close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, casinos and so much more! Don't wait!
