At the intersection of Kimball/Scenic and Anderson the location offers easy access to the surrounding areas, with Colbert Hills just down the street that will take you straight to Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Bramlage Colosseum, and NBAF. Anderson will take you straight to Westloop, Kansas State university, and then Aggieville and Scenic provides direct access to the MHK airport and Ft. Riley. With out being directly on top of anything, it provides great access to all the local draws. This is also a pet friendly unit that includes a large communal backyard and the unit is equipped with food and water dishes for your pets This is an entire Townhome, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, and utensils in unit. Full living room with Roku TV as well as another Roku TV in the master bedroom. 1 car garage and an electronic keypad lock with code provided for the duration of your stay. The home also uses smart home technology in such a way that we can provide entry to the unit, monitor the status of equipment, and even leave the porch light on for you when you are checking in late. All Complete BnB properties come standard with smart lock coded entry, allowing for check in and check out without any contact and also allowing you to check in anytime you like without worrying about a key. Your code is unique to your individual stay. All T.V.s are equipped with Roku which allows you to stream your own service while using guest mode then erases all your information from the T.V. after your stay. There will always be a K-Cup capable coffee maker with a few complementary K-Cups as well as Sugar, Splenda, Sweet-n-Low, Equal Half-and-Half, and creamer for you when you arrive. We provide Charmin soft toilet paper, Bounty paper towels, and Tres Seme shampoo and conditioner. Body wash, hand soap, laundry pods, dryer sheets, towels, and bed linens will also always by provided at all our properties. All housekeeping fees charged to any reservation are paid directly to the professional housekeepers we use to keep the property in tip-top shape, and as such housekeeping fees may be higher than you would expect compared to a unit that is being maintained by an individual owner. We provide professionally managed and and professionally maintained units for fully furnished rentals around the country, and do so for a flat 10% management fee that is not applied to housekeeping or service fees, only real revenue and includes the cost of disposable items.
