This North Side row home, with an incredible open floor plan, large deck, spacious bathroom, two large bedrooms with king beds, and stocked kitchen, this two story house on a quiet street is a perfect retreat! It's a short walk to Allegheny General and a few minutes to the bars & restaurants and stadiums on the North Shore. With way more amenities than a hotel, whip up a cocktail or meal in the full kitchen and relax on the lounge couch and watch Netflix (included) or work from home @400mbps. My place is one where pictures don't fully do it justice. It is a beautiful uniquely designed two story space, with a huge staircase & tall ceilings. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown. You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you're venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Parking for one vehicle is on street (guest permit required) or in local garages - the closest is 1 block away at AGH James Street Garage. Smoking is allowed outside only; PLEASE no butts on the ground. An up to $1,500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is confirmed inside. 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever. Additional overnight guests not disclosed to Host will be charged at $29 per guest per night. 3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. The Host allows children with the following stipulations: - Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate. 6. Undisclosed / unauthorized pets are not permitted. A minimum $300 additional fee will be applied if an animal is brought into the property.
