Superb stone and wood chalet renovated in 2016. Located 05 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, 10 minutes from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from the ski resort. Come to discover the water sports of the Doussard Beach or the mountain hikes starting next to the chalet. The cottage gives you the charm of yesteryear in the comfort of new. In a winter trapper style, the heating is done by the wood stove. (Wood provided and fire initiation at your entrance). Surrounded by mountains housing will allow you to enjoy the peace and beauty of the nature of our region with its large terrace. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people maximum. It consists of a real closed bedroom for 2 people and a dormitory for 4 people. On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen and living room overlooking the large terrace of 20m2. On the first floor the dormitory and the RDJ is the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. In the room the linen is provided and in the dormitory are provided pillows but the sleeping bag is to be taken by you or in option we can provide you sheets and towels.
