The new restored, modern furnished holiday home is located only a few hundred meters from the village center of Sineus. You are very quick to walk in the center of the village, where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a sports center with cycle track, tennis courts, soccer courts and attached restaurants nearby. Of course, house and pool are at your disposal for your sole use. The house is equipped with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped, open kitchen, and a large living room with dining table for 4 people. The house is bright and friendly and also meets higher standards in terms of comfort and facilities. The area with the pool in front of the house offers enough space to relax, whether in the shade or in the sun. Here you can just relax. An ideal place to spend a holiday in a village environment. The electricity costs for air conditioning cold / warm will be offset against the deposit (upon arrival) of € 200.00. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as the living area. For the slightly cooler days, there are also 2 movable radiators (low power consumption) and fan heaters in the bathroom. Since 2017, the Ecotasa has been collected from all travelers from the age of 16. It amounts to € 2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, and € 1.00 thereafter.
