Stay in this cozy apartment for up to 4 guests in Campeche. Privileged location, with easy access to the beach and Lagoa Pequena! Quiet location and close to local shops. In the surroundings there is an excellent café/bakery less than 500 m away and a market just 5 minutes away on foot. Campeche beach is one of the best on the island, especially for those who enjoy water sports. The accommodations offer 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer and living room, also air conditioned, with sofa bed, Smart TV and a very pleasant balcony. Enjoy the hammock on the balcony or surf online at work with 250 mega wifi internet. The kitchen is complete with various utensils and appliances: crockery, cutlery, pans, electric kettle, coffee maker and more. Private laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a parking space in front, outdoors (as shown in picture 46). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) the delivery of keys, when necessary, is made at our office at the entrance to Florianópolis or at the airport / bus station; (2) Rental Hosts require mandatory registration form completion outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (3) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodation, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (4) observe silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am; (5) it is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the condominium accommodations and common areas; (6) we do not host pets. Failure to comply with the house rules are reasons to terminate your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and condominium fines caused by breaking these rules.
