The Norberto Apartments are part of a farm which is located on the top of a hill, above the medieval village of San Polo Sabino. The region, which is known as Bassa Sabina, is famous for its wines, its hiking trails, its beautiful hills. The farm is at 350 metres above the sea and occupies about 60.000 square metres of the hill's land, that are cultivated with olive trees. The complex consists of three country houses divided into 8 apartments. The apartments, although being carefully maintained and provided with all modern conveniences, still keep the traditional features of the local architecture. The owners, who manage the farm, will be pleased to help you organize tours and give you advice on the main tourist attractions of the area. Swimming Pool 1 The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the Sabine hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open all year round. Swimming Pool 2 The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 2.5 meter (8.2 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open all year round. Garden with Jacuzzi pool The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (1.5 by 1.5 meters, 5 by 5 feet) with four seats. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.  Garden In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Living Room The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the countryside and of the village. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two wrought iron twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the countryside. Bedroom 2 You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has two windows with a view of the garden and of the surrounding green fields. Bedroom 3 You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows.
