Jubilee Cottage is a superb thatched character cottage in the centre of Sidbury a very pretty Devon village, overlooking open countryside at the rear and just a short walk to the village stores and pubs. The spacious accommodation has tasteful furnishings throughout. Sidbury is a thriving Devon village with a green and pond, cricket club, local inn and shop. It is an easy 10-minute drive to the beach and many shops in Sidmouth, whilst the market town of Honiton is 10 minutes inland. There are lovely walks from the cottage, one popular walk being the East Devon Way and the "Sweetcombe Walk". An entrance door leads into a sitting area and a separate 'snug'. The snug is the perfect hideaway for some reading or work space while the sitting area has a wood burner and a large flat screen TV. This is a great room for a family film night. From the sitting area a door leads to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with hypo allergenic bedding. A bathroom with a bath, sink and WC. A separate shower room with a small walk-in shower. The master bedroom and the first double bedroom both overlook the pretty garden and views over the countryside. All the bedrooms have hanging and storage space. Downstairs there is a galley style kitchen with integrated appliances including a fridge/ freezer, gas hob and electric oven. Just of the hallway there is a large fully tiled bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, w.c and sink. French doors leading to a large enclosed garden with outside seating and wonderful views. A living room with comfortable seating and a dining area with seating for eight guests.
