Misty Cove provides its guests a unique lakefront experience, being a peaceful, one minute canoe trip to one of Lake Glenville's prettiest waterfalls, Mills Creek Falls. You can lay in the hammock and listen to the waterfall as it soothes you into an afternoon nap. You can swim in the quiet cove as the morning mist burns off or float the afternoon away. After you are finished relaxing by the lake you are close to hiking, biking, zip-lining, and Sliding Rock. Travel a little further to spend a day in Asheville and enjoy the arts community, breweries, and of course The Biltmore. The two story entrance flows into the large, open spaced, main level which features an entire wall of windows facing the lake. Walk out onto the large deck facing the lake to enjoy lake views. A cozy wood burning fireplace along with several spacious sitting areas provide ample room for entertaining, having private conversations, and playing chess, checkers or backgammon at the game table. Cherry wood cabinets adorn the open kitchen. The lovely, cherry wood dining area comfortably seats twelve guests. A full bathroom, a laundry room, and attached garage complete this main level. The upper level offers three large bedrooms. The master suite features a new king-sized bed, along with a romantic wood burning fireplace, seating area, and walk-in closet. The large master bathroom has a custom glass walk-in shower, along with a Jacuzzi tub with its wall of windows viewing the lake. Two additional large bedrooms with full bathrooms complete this upper level. One is the oversized "bonus room" located over the garage. It has two queen beds and lots of room. The other spacious guest bedroom has a queen bed and two walls of windows, one of which overlooks the lake. The lower level opens into the TV room complete with comfy couches and a big screen television. This level has its own fully equipped kitchen. The large fourth bedroom is located on this level and has a queen bed. The fifth full bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom. Guests can walk directly out from the TV room onto the large covered patio. A gas grill is on the deck. From the patio, there is a private, GENTLE, grass path down to the private dock and lake. Misty Cove offers one of the easiest, gentlest walks down to the lake, for those who appreciate not having to hike up and down a mountain of stairs to get to and from the lake. Misty Cove is pet friendly, has WiFi, and Youtube TV. It provides a canoe and kayaks for exploring beautiful Lake Glenville.
