Guest Access: Please note that Piper Cottage is not easy to find without the following directions as it is within a courtyard and is not visible from the road. Come up Main Street, Bilbrough (postcode YO23 3PH) and you will pass the village pub, The Three Hares, on your right hand side. You will then pass the church on your left hand side. At the T-Junction, turn right and you will see that there is a brick wall on your right hand side. When this wall ends, you will see the entrance on your right hand side. There are photographs on the listing to help you identify the entrance. Turn in there and you will see a five barred wooden gate in front of you, that should be closed. Open it inwards, towards you, and turn left immediately you are through the gate. You will see Piper Cottage in front of you and you can park directly in front of it. Please be aware that others park in this yard to please park so that you do not obstruct any other vehicle. Interaction with Guests: We live nearby so are available should you need us.
