Villa Shanti it's good for couples, families and big groups because it's divided into 4 separate apartments where you can enjoy your privacy and unwind in your own space while at the same time you can spend some quality time together in the shared spaces we offer at your disposal. The space Villa Shanti is a perfect holiday home if you want to enjoy the spacious swimming pool while still being able to explore and take advantage of the crystal clear Adriatic sea. Villa is situated in a small village Brovinje, just 3 km from the sea coast. You can take a car to visit around or if you have a little of adventurous spirit in you, just take a nice walk through the beautiful nature enjoying the earth, sun, air and the sea at the same time. Just the same, if you don’t want to leave the house, I’m sure you can find a sea replacement in a spacious heated swimming pool (60 m2). equipped with a counter-current swimming jets. The pool house with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace/barbecue, dinning table for 12 and sound system will be the center of your gatherings. In the game room you will find lots of things to make your stay more enjoyable: small mini bar, pool, darts, table football, table tennis. If you like sports than you have come to a perfect place. Hiking and mountain biking roads are just outside your house. Get out in the morning and find a perfect trail leading into mountains or just take the roads that follow the Adriatic sea coastline. If you are more a sea fan, then in Tunarica (4 km) you can find a lot of activities for you. Snorkelling, scuba diving, sea canoeing, fishing. In the evening you can explore the surrounding, visit small local wine producers, hand-made souvenir shops, taste the world greatest olive oils, see and feel the real warmth of the sun while tasting the home grown food, fresh fish or just absorbing the taste of recently opened wine bottle. They say that a perfect sunset and a glass of wine full of flavor, you will remember forever. 4 APARTMENTS Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed (180x200), small kitchen, living room with sofa bed (real mattress 160x200), one bathroom and terrace with lounge chairs. SLEEPING ARRANGEMNTS The two ground apartments can accommodate 4 people each with 2 people sleeping in the bedroom (180x200) and two in the living room on sofa bed (160x200). The two first floor apartments can accommodate 2 people each. Guest access The entire villa at your disposal to enjoy (4 apartments, pool house, swimming pool area, game room and parking) Guest interaction We are always at disposal to our guests. Neighborhood overview Far from the crowds, you can enjoy gazing at the sun, the moon and stars. We have 3 super friendly dogs, 2 mini Yorkshire terries and German shepherd. They dont live on the villa's property, but in the house next door. Getting around A car, bike, motorcycles, wings or any kind of vehicle is necessary for getting around and exploring Istria. Other things to note The pool is out of service from mid-October to mid-March. Security cameras on the property.
