The terrace level den opens to the lower deck that has chairs for you to relax and watch the kids play or cook out on the gas grill. The Tree Top has three bedrooms along with a loft and three baths. Entry level of home offers Kitchen with bar seating, sunroom for dining, a master bedroom with king size bed and shower bath. There are two bedrooms downstairs on the terrace level with queen beds and a shared bath that has a tub/shower combination. Twin bunks and daybed complete the loft with a full shower bath. The location of this home is perfect for Auburn football and in the center of all the “hot” spots on Lake Martin. This home will surely be Lake Martin’s new favorite vacation spot. ***The home is located inside the gates of Bama Park but not part of the association, which means, guest do not have access to the association beach area or the association boat ramp. Guest will be responsible for any fines occurred from not following the rules and regulations.
