The air conditioning and heating are guaranteed by 3 efficient latest generation Samsung Split. Villetta Nadir can accommodate up to 4 adult guests but is ideal for couples and small families with 1-2 children. SPACES AND PARKING: Villetta Nadir is a semi-detached property with independent entrance, one side is in adherence with the neighboring house. The level of privacy is total as all spaces are for exclusive use. Guests can park more than one vehicle for free in the open space in front of the entrance. The services of the town of Villasimius, operating even in winter, guarantee guests the convenience of supermarkets - bars and restaurants - bank - pharmacy and medical service which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. From the house it is possible to reach the services or the beaches only by car.
