Spend your day fishing off your newly updated private pier, take a short drive or boat ride to the beach, kayak, bird watch or just enjoy the views off your balcony.  The ground level features a full bathroom, covered porch for parking or gathering, a private pier and fishing lights for night fishing directly on the Colorado River. Enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets upstairs on your front deck. As you enter the main floor, the living room and kitchen feature a spacious open concept area with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully furnished and has four bar seats for eating as well as a four seat dining table. The living room also features direct TV and a fun cupolas lookout. The two futon couches in the living room convert to single beds and sleep one person each. The first bedroom has stunning views of the river and sleeps two with a queen size bed. The second and third bedroom each have two twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has an open vanity area with a private room for the toilet and stand up shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, soap and shampoo to get you going on your first few days of vacation.
