With a heated pool (ask 48 hours prior), sun loungers, swings and many chill spots. Plus, there’s an amazing outdoor dining table. Although outside is where the fun starts, the inside of the Villa is just as nice. First off, don't worry whether you can work or not. There is high speed internet in every corner. The living room is from another planet, with a comfy couch, a huge Smart TV and a pool table. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. We have you covered, simply enjoy your vacation. We absolutely know you will love this place. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. The Space: BEDROOMS: 1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom. 2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom. 3. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom. 4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom. *Sofa bed and two extra folding beds. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. Guest Access: The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. The Neighborhood: The beautiful North Miami area is a well located neighborhood where you will find all the main attractions just minutes away from the Villa! There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors. Getting Around: Convenience stores: 5-10 minute drive. Design district: 15 minute drive. North Miami Beach: 15 minute drive. Aventura Mall: 15 minute drive. Bal Harbour Shops: 15 minute drive FLL Airport: 25 minute drive. Miami Intl Airport: 10 minute drive. Other Things to Note: - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
