Peaceful in Wimbledon

Situated just a 15-minute walk away from the famed Wimbledon Tennis Grounds, this home is located in the lovely Wimbledon village. It is ideal for up to 3 guests. With Clapham and Richmond within easy reach. This apartment is the garden flat, so is situated on the lower ground floor. Access is through a cast-iron gate, at the side of the property. Inside the home, there is a flight of steps down to the hallway. LIVING ROOM The living room is minimalist in style, with two sofas, a fireplace and television. Artwork decorates the space. KITCHEN The kitchen is contemporary in style and offers all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a petite dining table and stools in this room as well. GARDEN In the covered shelter at the entrance to the garden, you can find a cupboard with the washing machine. A flight of steps up takes you to the garden, with a patio area, outdoor seating, a pond and a petite lawn area, surrounded by plants. BATHROOM The main bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, all in sleek white tiling. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom comprises a double bed, with bedside tables either side, as well as a small decorative vintage fireplace, in black. Art hangs on the walls and in the bay window, is a desk and chair. A large wardrobe provides storage space. SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom has a single trundle bed, sleeping 1 guest.
