Villa Luigia, in a unique position with breathtaking view, is a holiday home with garden and view on the sea in Castro, on the Zinzulusa Cave. It accommodates up to 9 guests. It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, alarm system, electric oven, microwave oven, 5 televisions, mosquito nets, electric gate, parking area, outdoor shower. Pets are not allowed. The villa by the sea for 9 guests in Castro; Villa Luigia Villa Luigia is an independent villa with panoramic view by the sea. It`s introduced by the electric gate that opens into the garden, which is partly paved and partly embellished by trees and flowerbeds. Moreover, there is a pergola with outdoor dining area. The villa is on two floors. The living room, under typical barrel-vaulted ceiling, is furnished with shabby chic elements, with sofas by the fireplace and a dining area ideal for 0 guests. The corridor takes to the characteristic built-in kitchen with access to the garden and 1 bathroom with shower (without bidet). Moreover, there is 1 single bedroom. The sleeping area is divided from the living room by a corridor and it consists of 1 double bedroom with partial view on the sea, 1 bedroom with French-sized bed and 1 bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with French-sized bed and a bathroom with tub. The bedrooms have access to the roof with solarium, outdoor dining area and a suggestive view on the sea. The surroundings of Villa Luigia in Castro Villa Luigia is in Castro, near the city centre, on the Zinzulusa cave. The stairs by the villa arrive at the beautiful cave and characteristic swimming pool on the sea, a unique beach establishments with swimming pool filled with sea water, with beach beds and umbrellas, a café and other services. In the close city centre of Castro there are the main commercial amenities. Furthermore, Castro is characterized by its lovely old town centre with medieval walls and castle. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.  - The bathroom on the groundfloor doesn't have the bidet.
