Exploring outside this Kentish town a walker or cyclist can experience the picturesque and scenic countryside with its traditional pubs, breathtaking views, ancient castles, grand stately homes and some truly special and distinctive wildlife. Hever Castle, which dates back to 1270 and became the family home of the Boleyn's in the 15th & 16th century is close by and well worth a visit, horticultural lovers will adore the stunning grounds, children can enjoy the nine metre tall wooden play castle, complete with it's own moat.
