We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment. - We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. - If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Accommodation description: Haus Leitzinger is a detached country house where 4 flats have been furnished. The house can also be booked as a whole for a total of 12 persons. This flat is located on the ground floor and with two bedrooms it is suitable for 4 persons. This stylish house is surrounded by a lovely large garden where you can relax. The lake (Wolfgangsee) is only 150 metres away. A little further down you will find the private beach, which is free of charge for the guests of Haus Leitzinger. The centre, with its various restaurants and cosy terraces, can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. St. Wolgang is located in the heart of Salzkammergut. A boat trip on the Wolfgangsee is a first idea to get to know the immediate surroundings. For the more active holidaymaker, there are many walking and cycling routes. Some tips in the immediate vicinity are to take the traditional Schafbergbahn train to an altitude of 1783 metres, or enjoy the fantastic view of the mountain panorama on the Zwölferhorn where you can be taken by gondola.
