Upon your return home in the afternoons, you'll be greeted by a fenced-in patio where you can prepare dinner on the gas grill, sit down to dine al fresco at the outdoor table, and indulge in an after-dinner soak in the private hot tub. Inside, this home is comfortable and well-appointed. A front sitting room leads into an open kitchen, dining, and living area, where you'll have plenty of space to share stories with loved ones at the end of each day. The kitchen features all the essential appliances, an island with bar seats for four, and an adjacent dining room table, while the living room provides a great spot to play board games, watch TV, or use the free WiFi to keep an eye on tomorrow's tides. A private washer/dryer is on hand as well to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly. Things to Know Full kitchen Two dogs are welcome for a nightly fee If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: Please park in the driveway (and not on the street). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
