The house has an outdoor space of 400 m² with a terrace of 50 m2 and a garden not overlooked, enclosed and planted with trees which will allow you to meet and have BBQs in complete privacy. Inside, the house offers beautiful volumes, you will find 6 individual bedrooms with comfortable bedding, various leisure areas, the pool house of the spa, the billiard room, the table football area, the terrace and its garden furniture, as well as a TV room equipped with a large flat screen with sound bar to watch the many DVDs available but also a PS4 with games. You will have 3 bathrooms/water as well as a large fully equipped kitchen (2 fridge freezers, induction hob, cold door pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, croque-monsieur/waffle machine, raclette machine).Finally, a large living room with a living room table that can accommodate 16 people and equipped with a pellet stove will allow you to spend convivial moments together. The house has free WIFI. The ideal location of the accommodation in the city center allows you to do everything on foot all year round (tourist office, bakery, markets, pharmacy, Casino store, bike rental company...). In front of the house, a bike path takes you directly to the beaches and the forest less than 3 km away. Near the villa are the famous park of Puy du Fou (1 hour), Les Sables d'Olonne (35 min) and the magnificent city of La Rochelle (1 hour).You can also visit the Château des Aventuriers, or have fun at the Indian Forest or O'Gliss Parc (water park).
