There are a total of 2 residential units in the house. App. 1 is on the ground floor and 1. OG. Both floors are connected to each other by an internal frond staircase. There is an exit to the courtyard from the living room. An outside staircase or the double door in bedroom 1 leads to the terrace on the 1st OG. From there there is a fantastic view of the waterfall, the lake and the surrounding mountains. The entrance door to the app is also on the terrace. Second The house can also be booked completely for larger groups (App. 1 + App. 2). Both units can be connected to each other via an internal door. The house has gas central heating so that it can also be used in winter. For safety reasons, the stove cannot be used. Free WiFi throughout the house The house is only 200 m from the beach of Lago di Mergozzo, one of the cleanest lakes in Europe with crystal clear water. The town center with various shops, bars, restaurant and train station is only about 500 m along the well-kept waterfront. The house offers fantastic views of the waterfall, the lake and the surrounding mountains. The more famous (but less recommended for swimming) Lago Maggiore is only 5 km away. The west side of Lago Maggiores (Piedmont) is much more attractive and varied than the east side (Lombardy) and is therefore an Eldorado for nature lovers and outdoor activists. The largest national park in Italy, Val Grande, is right on the doorstep and the highest peaks in Switzerland (Dufourspitze) and Italy (Monte Rosa) can be reached via the Valle Anzasca. The highway to Milan is only 5 km away. Alternatively, you can easily reach the Italian capital by train in just under 2 hours. Milan Malpensa Airport is around 70 km away.
