Summary: Perfectly located in the city centre, this stylish three-bedroom apartment boasts an open plan living / dining area with three comfortable bedrooms. It is ideal for business travellers looking for a central homely base. Liverpool One shopping district & Baltic Triangle area are right on our doorstep along with a whole host of fantastic restaurants, bars & the M&S Bank Arena. Kindly note this apartment is located within a residential building and is not suitable for guests who may be overly loud. Additionally, we do not allow any hen/stag groups, or parties in this apartment. **As this is in a residential building, this property is only available for a minimum of 20 nights stays for business travellers.** The Space: This contemporary three double bedroom apartment accommodates up to eight people with a super comfy sofa bed in the lounge area. Bright, airy and modern this is the ideal place for families, friends or the business traveler fed up of corporate hotels! With all the creature comforts; fully fitted kitchen, fresh modern bathroom with waterfall shower & bath you'll feel right at home! Please note that the TV in the apartment does not have live channels however it is equipped with all the Smart TV features & apps! Kindly note that this apartment does not currently have a washing machine. Guest Access: Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them. The Neighborhood: Katy, Joe & Team’s place is located in Merseyside, England, United Kingdom. The apartment is right in the city centre and has quiet, friendly neighbours. Please respect our neighbours at all times. Getting Around: The apartment is very central; you can walk pretty much anywhere! If you wish to venture further afield you have Liverpool ONE bus station a few minutes walk away & Liverpool Lime Street train station just under a 15 minute walk away. Closest secure car park: Q-Park John Lewis 17 Liver Street Liverpool L1 8LJ £19.50/24hrs Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. Please see here for more information: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/2827/what-is-the-airbnb-policy-for-collecting-fees-in-person* Other Things to note: The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: We are contactable 24/7 but like to leave guest alone as much as possible to give them their privacy.
