From the game room on the main level to the upper level poolside terrace, from the well-appointed bedrooms to the gourmet kitchen, you’ll never want to leave this 7,000 square foot villa. The house has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main floor and other 3 bedrooms on the second floor also with private restrooms. This distribution allows 12 guests to have more privacy all over the property. All bedrooms has linens, towels and A/C. Across the bedroom`s area you will have the games room with a pool table and a living room with comfortable sofas, TV and A/C. If you continue walking thru the property you can explore outside in the garden and then at the bottom access the beach. Upstairs you will be received by the main open plan space which includes and another beautiful living room and a fully equipped kitchen, it has all you need to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy the great ocean view. You can open the sliding doors and feel the natural breeze or keep them close and use the A/C, giving you all options to ensure you are comfortable. In front of the kitchen you will have the open space living room and tall roofs, creating a relaxing environment with palms and natural outside views. A terrace will surprise you with the ocean view from the infinity pool and the outside facilities including a big gas grill, dining table and also chairs to lay down and relax. House includes nice fun features like: Pool table, 8 Bikes, 4 Boogie Boards, 2 single Kayaks and 1 double Kayak. CANCELATION POLICY Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. No refund applicable for thanksgiving, Christmas New Years and Easter week.
