From Villa Dolcevino you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Dolcevino is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Pontedera, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a number of restaurants and and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Dolcevino from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Dolcevino you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Dolcevino is along a narrow road. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and a gazebo. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Please kindly note. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the Tuscan hills and of the swimming pool. Living Room You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen through a brickwork arched opening. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include an armchair. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.   Please kindly note.
