Moreover, you can visit the organic farm 500 m away, run by the owners, and buy olive oil, wine, salami and sheep's cheese directly from the producers. Horse riding lessons or excursions can be arranged as well as trekking tours in the national park, cycling tours and much more. This is an excellent location to unwind, but also a strategic starting point to visit the towns and castles of Casentino. From here you can also easily reach Arezzo (45 km) and Florence (60 km). Poppi 8 km, Bibbiena 15 km, the mountain monastery Camaldoli (15 km) and La Verna (32 km) are very special destinations.
