The accommodation is on the right-hand side of a semi-detached house and is spread over 3 floors and offers facilities for 9 people (10 people maximum if the sofa bed is used). Because Dopplerhaus is built on / in a hill, it is only accessible via a steep staircase, so unfortunately this accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with poor health. Dopplerhaus is a smoke-free property. Features include: Underfloor heating throughout the house with individual thermostats in every room. First floor Open kitchen / living room with comfortable chairs and spacious dining area Large panoramic windows, doors that open to the balcony Fully equipped kitchen including; Induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and cheese fondue set Television room with flat screen Smart TV, DVD player and large comfortable couch. Bedroom 1: one double bed Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and private sauna Separate toilet Second floor Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with double bed and balcony with beautiful panoramic view. On the balcony is a seat to enjoy the sun. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed for two people, connecting door (can be closed for more privacy) to Bedroom 4: Double bed with a single bunk bed above it. Bathroom with toilet, sink, bubble bath and separate shower Separate room with washing machine and tumble dryer Separate toilet Outside Private terrace with wood-heated hot tub and grill ring. Including: Own parking space, a maximum of two cars (located directly next to the stairs to the accommodation) Wifi Private sauna Private hot tub Bed linen and towels Cot High chair Information folder about facilities in the area We live next door to this accommodation and are happy to help if you have any questions about your accommodation, the environment or other questions regarding your holiday. A warm welcome is guaranteed! We charge an additional € 50 for the use of the Hot Tub. You can use the Hot Tub for a maximum of 3 days for this. We will have to empty it after 3 days to prevent bacteria. The Hot Tub is not suitable for children. Do not use the Hot Tub after 10.00 p.m. We ask for a € 500 deposit upon arrival. This will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks if the house is left in good order. € 100 will be deducted for the final cleaning. When the house is left clean, we will not do this.
