Three levels high with panoramic ocean views, large living areas, dining table seating up to 18 people, HUGE Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, SUBSTANTIAL bedrooms x 6 , sleeps 20 people. 2 TVs, 2 DVD's, 1 VCR, 2 Stereos, I pod dock,1 x pool table, built in bar, large entertainment balcony with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge & separate freezer. Sea Haven BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size Bedroom 2: 1x Queen size Bedroom 3: 1x Single Bunk bed & 1x Double/Single Bunk Bedroom 4: 1x Single Bunk bed & 1x Double/Single Bunk Bedroom 5: 1x Queen size Bedroom 6: 1x Queen size RATES & CONDITIONS Tenants are required to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay (top and bottom sheets, towels & pillowcases) or may utilize linen hire service for $20 per head. Rubbish collection regulations must be adhered to, there is a fee if it is not. Cleaning fee is $350 this includes floors, bathrooms and wiping down kitchen and benches. Additional costs may be incurred if the house if left extra messy or additional time is required to clean. You are required to empty fridge, do all dishes, clean BBQ and replace anything you have moved back to its original place. Please respect our neighbours, no loud noise is allowed after 11pm, police will be called. SORRY: NO END OF YEAR SCHOOL PARTIES No guests under 25. A Security deposit of $2000 is required for all bookings. Minimum stays apply over public holidays and Summer Prices subject to change at any time Check in time 2:00pm - 5:00pm Check out time strictly 10:00am We are happy to offer later check out, provided we don't have guests going in the day you depart.
