We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment. - We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. - If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: In this beautiful, high-quality furnished lodge, you can completely relax. This modern and luxuriously furnished holiday home is one half of a semi-detached house and offers everything you could wish for. On the ground floor you will find three spacious bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms and a cosy terrace. On the first floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a very well-equipped kitchen with a wine refrigerator, quooker and soda stove. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine at the right temperature, sitting at the kitchen bar, while watching the flames of the crackling fire in the living room. The caretaker delivers a package of wood and cleans the fireplace for you, if you wish, but for a fee. You can charge your electric or hybrid car at the charging station near the chalet. After a day of skiing or hiking in the surrounding mountain world, you can completely relax in the relaxation room with its luxurious sauna, rain and hand shower and sun loungers. In winter, just 20 minutes away from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola up to Austria's largest interconnected ski area (Zell am See/Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn). Quiet slopes can be found at the Niedernsill-lifts. Ideal for beginners and families with children. There is a beginners lift here with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. The ski areas of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbüheler Alpen are also in the immediate vicinity, all easily accessible by car or ski bus. On a hot summer day, you can take a dip in the refreshing recreational lake located in Niedernsill. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy the newly built cultural landscape path between Piesendorf and Niedernsill. From here you have a beautiful view over the Salzach valley. If you like great heights visit the National Park Hohe Tauern.
