Looking for a simple, cozy, affordable cabin right next to the surf? This is the best spot around. The Shore Drive Cottage is a few doors down from the Pelican Pub and one row back from beach front. You can suit up and walk to the surf. The home is quaint, charming and an outstanding little beach get-away. There are even peaks of the ocean between the beachfront homes across the street. This charming cottage isn't the Ritz but will bring a smile to your face. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cutlery, coffee maker and a small microwave. The cottage sleeps 4 with a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable double sized sofa hide-a-bed in the living room. Great location near beach, Pub, shopping WIFI Pet Friendly This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 21 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
